I am giving Lifeblood permission to use my image from photos or recordings in their advertising for the purposes of encouraging blood donation. I acknowledge  that any other identifiable person appearing in a photo that I have submitted has provided their consent to use of this image as per above. I understand that my image might be used for up to 24 months. I understand that an image or text I provide may be cropped or edited by Lifeblood. Lifeblood will protect my personal information as required by the Privacy Act and as set out in Lifeblood's privacy policy and the Collection Statement and Terms & Conditions. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Lifeblood at lifeisthereason@redcrossblood.org.au.
