Roger Sharp - Executive Director, Governance and Corporate Affairs
Roger is a senior executive with more than 30 years' experience leading strategy, corporate affairs, communications, stakeholder engagement and sustainability across the healthcare, telecommunications, FMCG, government and public sectors. Before joining Lifeblood in 2026, Roger was Chief Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer at Bupa Asia Pacific, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives spanning corporate affairs, government relations, communications, sustainability and organisational transformation.
Throughout his career, Roger has held senior leadership roles focused on shaping strategy, strengthening organisational reputation, navigating complex policy and regulatory environments, and leading organisations through significant change. He has extensive experience building trusted relationships with governments, communities, industry partners and other key stakeholders.
Roger is passionate about purpose-led organisations and creating positive social impact. He has led significant initiatives in reconciliation, sustainability and community partnerships, delivering lasting social and environmental outcomes.
