Justine leverages her extensive nursing and transfusion sector expertise to facilitate clinical trials on precision medicine. She provides guidance on research design, facilitation, and donor and blood product compliance, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. 

She holds a Diploma of Applied Science in Nursing, post graduate qualifications in Haematology Nursing, Nurse Vaccination, Practical Medical Genomics (UNSW) and has a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Medicine (UNSW). Justine is also graduate of the NSW Health Clinical Excellence Commission's Executive Leadership Course. 

As someone who has collected, administered, and donated blood products, Justine is passionate about research in the donor and transfusion space and the contribution both make to Australian Healthcare.
