Professor Brendan Murphy AC announced as new Lifeblood chair

We are delighted to share that Professor Brendan Murphy AC will become the new Chair of Australian Red Cross Lifeblood early next year, taking on the position from current Chair Mr Jim Birch AM.

Upon commencement in February, Prof Murphy, in his capacity as Chair, will provide strategic guidance to the Lifeblood Board in our mission to provide life-giving donations for life-changing outcomes, and will also be a member of the Australian Red Cross Society Board.
