Indications
Cryodepleted plasma is used as an alternative to fresh frozen plasma (FFP) for plasma exchange in patients with thrombotic thromboctyopenic purpura (TTP).
Modifications
None.
Dosage
Volume depends on local plasma exchange protocols and the patient’s weight with a 10–15 mL/kg dose recommended.
