Christina’s interest in medical research led her to academia where she completed a PhD in Medical Biology. She then joined the corporate world, working for 5 years with CSL Limited, as a Medical Product Specialist for the Immunoglobulin portfolio. In 2004, Christina joined Lifeblood as a Project Manager. In this time she has managed numerous projects including the development of the GP Psych Support website for the Department of Health and Ageing and the development of online GP training programs for the Australian General Practice Network.
Christina’s passion is food. While she owns heaps of cookbooks and loves to cook, she never says no to going out for dinner- because then someone else can do the washing up!
I like to catch up in person, call me old fashioned.

Rachelle is the boomerang of the Lifeblood team, she has left to travel and work overseas twice, each time returning with new enthusiasm and ideas. Rachelle has worn many hats within the company over this period, from Personal Assistant to Production Management and Account Management. Whilst in the Production management role, Rachelle undertook further studies in Graphic Design at RMIT at night school for 4 years, giving her a firm grasp on production processes/methods and design. Starting back for the third time in the role of Account Manager, Rachelle is home to stay.
Sherry! I know I am about 40 years off the legal sherry drinking age, but it is just too delicious to pass up – especially if teamed with some yummy blue cheese!

The people I love, and where we’re holidaying next!
Mountain biking, indoor rock climbing, throwing a pack on my back and hiking somewhere remote, travelling somewhere I’ve never been before... and shopping! I love to shop!
My Grandma. She was an amazing lady.
As Production Manager - Nikki keeps our projects and promotions moving and grooving along!
Nikki started at Lifeblood in June 2006 as an Account Manager and has now moved across to the ‘other side’. Nikki is loving this role as it allows her to use her finely tuned organisational skills, while sharing in the latest lollie stash that the studio have stockpiled!
But it wasn’t always that way. Her background specialises in FMCG – where she worked for CAW – part of the George Patts group. Over her 8 years there, she worked within the administration side of the business, which helped her to develop her
skills & gain much experience – eventually leading her into an Account Management role.
Nikki, otherwise known as "Nikkers" loves the fast pace and excitement that an agency offers - but as everyone knows, her other passions are shopping and dancing. Anyone up for a boogie?

In life, it can be challenging to balance a sense of order and a sense of fun. The bottom line is - too much of one thing can be downfall. For Simone – she balances both beautifully!
After a Bachelor of Business in Office Management, Simone joined a Trustee firm where she administered the estates of ‘lonely rich folk’ who left all of their worldly possessions to charity. Traveling for a year then gave her the energy to join her family business where she stayed for 15 years - covering all aspects of finance,
administration & HR. In between all this – Simone even managed to squeeze in 2 kids.
And now here she is at Lifeblood - as HR/Finance Manager Simone is balancing the numbers, the family & the fun!

As our receptionist/administration guru - Michelle always has a big smile and a laugh to share.
Michelle’s motto in life is easy, keep it simple and just enjoy what is most important to you. For her - family, friends and fun is what life’s all about!
A particularly enjoyable period of her career involved working for a multi-national shipping company. It was a very social industry – with the ‘ships captains’ being very interesting characters – and generous too!
She has lived and worked as near and far as Sydney to Toronto –
which adds to Michelle’s worldly outlook.
In 1999, family brought her back to Melbourne where she started working for her brother’s business. Michelle is Lifeblood’s longest servicing team member – 8 years on Michelle continues to contribute significantly to the ‘life’ of the agency.
