We will work with you, initially to identify what the
opportunities are. We can then set about developing an
evidence-based strategy to meet your objectives. While we can (and
do) produce stand-alone tactics, we advocate an integrated approach
that reaches your stakeholders to achieve maximum impact, including
international KOLs, hospital specialists, GPs, nurses, allied
health practitioners, your internal teams and, when relevant,
consumers.
Our core expertise is in neuroscience, in
particular mental health. However, over the years our capabilities
have extended to other disease states and therapeutic areas,
including behaviour change/motivational interviewing, cardiology,
chronic and infectious diseases, dermatology, endocrinology,
multiple sclerosis, ophthalmology, pain, sexual health and
vaccines.
We are also an accredited medical education
provider with the Royal Australian College of General
Practitioners and the Royal College of Nursing,
Australia. We've been producing accredited educational and
disease management materials for the Australian medical community
since 1999.
Delivering the big ideas by managing the small
details
It's true, we get excited about implementing 'the big idea', but
we also pay very close attention to the small details. Perfecting
the work, planning timelines, precision costing and budgeting, and
measuring and monitoring successful outcomes are the necessary
practicalities.
